I can’t believe I’ve been running Biscuits By Sarah B for 11 years in April 2026! Many thanks to all my amazing supporters, friends and family!
I RE-BRANDED to celebrate my 10th Business Birthday and had a PARTY on Friday 25th April 2025 – wahoo! I even had a glowing write-up in the Bournemouth Echo.
Working from my Cookie Shack, at the top of my garden in Pokesdown, I enjoy designing different sets of bespoke biscuits as people challenge me with a ‘theme’. So far, I have been able to adapt my cookie cutters and imagination to satisfy even the most obscure request.
I run Biscuit Decorating Classes at my Cookie Shack and at the HUB on the Heath Cafe, Canford Heath. I love co-hosting birthday parties for your loved ones and attending community events. Please don’t hesitate in messaging me in regards to any Biscuity request.

Sarah facilitated a custom bookish galentines day biscuit decorating session for my book club on 13th February. Sarah came with all the equipment we could possibly need, and then some! We had a fantastic time as a group and it was the perfect opportunity to get to know each other more but still have an activity to center around.
Sarah is friendly and bubbly and made us all feel at ease. Her skill is so evident when showing us the tutorials, and she helped us all out individually when we needed assistance.

We had Sarah come to my daughters 7th Bday to complete biscuit decorating it was the best party we have done; easy and stress free; the kids were engrossed with the demonstrations and concentrated extremely hard to decorate their own biscuits which they got to take home.
Sarah was professional and the kids have all since said how much they enjoyed the party.
The adults equally enjoyed the party and we booked another decorating party for the adults to celebrate and upcoming 40th bday.

Sarah’s biscuits are super yummy, the Christmas kits are great and the videos to advise decorating and assembly are clear and easy for kids to use unsupervised. We have used Sarah several times now for parties and ordered her kits and will continue to do so.

We had the mini biscuit kit to make a gingerbread house for Christmas. My daughter really enjoyed this activity, the pieces went (and held) together really well and although initially she didn’t want to spoil her creation they also tasted really yummy!

Sarah ran a biscuit workshop for some of the children that we support at Diverse Abilities. We all had a fantastic time, Sarah was great at tailoring the workshop to their level and all of our children engaged in the activity. It was truly wonderful and we can’t wait to have Sarah back with us again soon.

I’ve had these biscuits before at a children’s party and they are delicious. Sometimes things look great but don’t taste great but these do both perfectly!! Highly recommend Sarah, but book her in in advance as she’s so popular. X

Have attended 2 biscuit workshops with Sarah and both have been fab. My children absolutely loved both the Halloween and Christmas biscuit decorating and are looking forward to doing more in 2024.
Also ordered lots of lovely biscuits as Christmas presents and they went down a treat. Very yummy and looked the biz!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! Her biscuits are all such amazing desigs and great quality. I'd not go anywhere else for my thank you gift teacher biscuits! Her classes are fun and she also does really cool create your own at home kits. Highly recommended!

Found Sarah on an event site while looking for things to do with my girl for mothers day and signed up as the biscuits looked amazing and like something my daughter would love to do. Naturally, we were running late and frantic but Sarah was very calm and understanding. She allowed us to collect ourselves before getting started. I believe she said she was a teacher and that truly shows as she patiently and attentively taught an ever growing group of parents and children how to decorate these biscuits without making anyone feel left out.
To speak of her character, Sarah was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter person to guide us in our sweets decorating. The activity was just as lovely and this is something we will definitely be doing again! (also, I desperately want to order about 30 of her biscuits and not share with anyone!)

Since then I’ve done classes with friends, adult and child classes with my children and I even took my husband along to a Christmas advent calendar class! We decorated advent biscuits for our children’s advent calendars which made a great date night! Sarah’s class was amazing….so much fun, so relaxed. She’s so helpful and patient. It was great fun and delicious all at the same time!! I ended up with some great looking biscuits, despite usually being a disaster in the kitchen…all the hints and tips are great…!

We found out that my son had an intolerance to Gluten and had to come to terms with missing out on things that he was able to do before. After telling Sarah that we wouldn't be able to attend her Christmas biscuit decorating event due to his intolerance the awesome Sarah decided to create a Gluten Free session.
I surprised my son with the class and he was so so happy that he could continue to decorate biscuits with Sarah.
My son had so much fun at the Christmas decorating session. Sarah is a great teacher and has a lot of patients with children, but also puts parents at ease with allowing the children to express themselves and have fun with how they want to decorate.
I can't recommend Sarah's decorating sessions highly enough.
